STEP ONE
Request Counseling
Are you in need of some counseling help? To get started, provide some basic, preliminary details that will get you the help you need. Someone from TBC&TC will contact you shortly about scheduling an appointment.
STEP TWO
Complete the Personal Data Inventory
After you have submitted Request Counseling form, we will be awaiting your completion of the Counselee PDI Form (Personal Data Inventory) before we reach out to arrange scheduling your first appointment. Be sure to sign the Consent to Counsel portions of the online form. Your counseling session cannot take place without these important forms having been completed and submitted to our office.
STEP THREE
Appointment Confirmation
Once your information has been collected, one of our counselors will reach out to you to arrange scheduling and give you some need-to-know information about your first counseling session.
STEP FOUR
Make a Counseling Payment
After you have completed your session, you may make a donation/payment. Check with your counselor if you need help in regards to this.
